Medical Assistant – Concierge Functional & Regenerative Medicine
📍Pompano Beach, Florida (Appointment-Only Private Practice)
Panacea Biomedical Institute is a boutique, concierge-style functional and regenerative medicine clinic seeking a highly capable, polished Medical Assistant to join our team.
This is not a conventional primary care environment. We operate a personalized, appointment-only practice focused on root-cause medicine, advanced diagnostics, IV therapies, regenerative protocols, and high-touch patient care. Our patients expect excellence, discretion, warmth, and efficiency.
We are seeking a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership, and understands that patient experience is as important as clinical skill.
Position Overview
This role combines clinical skill, patient liaison responsibilities, and executive-level support to the physician. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, emotionally intelligent, and aligned with a healthy lifestyle.
You will function as both:
Clinical Medical Assistant
Physician Support & Patient Care Liaison
This is a pivotal role within the practice.
Required Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant (preferred)
Strong phlebotomy skills (required)
Experience with IV placement and IV nutrient infusions (required)
Fluent in English and Spanish
Comfortable working in a high-end, concierge-style environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong technology skills (EMR, scheduling systems, patient portals)
Core Responsibilities
Clinical
In-house phlebotomy
IV placement and monitoring of infusions
Preparing exam rooms and assisting during patient visits
Ordering and tracking specialty labs
Maintaining inventory of medical supplies
Patient Experience & Coordination
Appointment scheduling and coordination
Patient communication (phone, portal, email)
Lab coordination and follow-up logistics
Ensuring seamless patient flow
Serving as the primary liaison between physician and patients
Physician Support
Administrative and organizational support
Assisting with documentation preparation
Coordinating internal workflows
Supporting implementation of patient protocols
