Officially ready and waiting for our very first patient evaluation here at the new Devoted Physical Therapy clinic in Oakland Park.

After a couple months of buildouts, painting, and setting up the perfect clinical environment, there is absolutely no better feeling than finally doing what we do best: helping you heal, move, and get back to your life.

BIG NEWS! 🚨 We just passed our final city inspections for our Business Tax Receipt and Certificate of Occupancy! 🏛️✨
That means we are officially legal to see patients at our brand-new Oakland Park location!

As you can see from the tour, the new clinic floor is really coming together—the performance flooring is down, treatment tables are set, specialized equipment is in place, and the final touches are officially underway. We are locking in our target grand opening date for August 1st! 🗓️

From day one, our mission has been to build an environment where physical therapy is human, intentional, and inspiring. We’ve designed this space from the ground up to support a truly individualized, patient-centered care model where your recovery pacing is always respected.

Double the celebration today! 🥂✨ Happy birthday to me, and a massive happy 6-year anniversary to Devoted Physical Therapy!

Looking back over the last six years, I am incredibly humbled by how far we’ve come. God has truly blessed me with an exceptional team of professionals who have stuck by my side, poured their hearts into our mission, and built a community reputation I am deeply proud of.

We started Devoted PT with a clear vision: to create a practice where patients are treated like family, not numbers. Thanks to the loyalty and dedication of our incredible team, we’ve been able to protect that vision every single day—delivering highly individualized, patient-centered care that truly changes lives across South Florida.

Snap, transform! 🪄✨

Check out this sneak peek of the before and after transformation taking place at our main reception desk wall! We are officially adding those custom wood slat panels and locking in our custom-built illuminated logo signage.

There is still a massive amount of work ahead on the facility floor—we are currently waiting on our performance flooring to arrive—but every small victory brings us closer to reality. We are officially on track for our grand opening this coming August!

We are deliberately designing this entire space to feel professional, warm, and highly motivating the second you walk through our doors. This is where premium, individualized care meets an environment built entirely around your specific recovery pacing.

Local artist extraordinaire Zachary William () just wrapped up the custom "Devoted to Your Journey" mural at our new Oakland Park location (3560 NE 12th Ave), and his God-given talents are on full display.

Swipe through to see the details he brought to life on our main equipment wall. It beautifully illustrates the exact evolution of functional recovery—moving from a wheelchair, to a walker, to a cane, to independent walking, and finally to running. Surrounded by powerful words of affirmation like "You’re In Control" and "Achieve Peace of Mind," this wall was designed to serve as a constant source of inspiration and motivation.

We aren’t just building a gym; we are creating a dedicated space for individualized, patient-centered rehabilitation. By moving away from the high-volume "clinic mill" model common in the area, we’re ensuring that every patient—from those recovering from orthopedic surgery to seniors working on balance and fall prevention—gets the focused, one-on-one attention they deserve.

The new Oakland Park clinic is officially taking shape, and we are building this space with one absolute priority: quality over quantity. 🛠️✨

The acoustic wood accent paneling and sleek track lighting are officially up! The reception desk is set in place, and we are just waiting on our custom signage to tie the whole front entrance together.

But the real magic is happening on the rehabilitation floor. We just rolled in our commercial-grade LeMond Fitness G-Force Recumbent Bike. What makes this piece of gear a complete game-changer for our patients is its specialized reclining functionality—a premium feature most standard rehab bikes completely lack, allowing for unmatched comfort and highly customized joint positioning during recovery.

We believe that physical therapy should be an elite, individualized experience. We consciously reject the outdated, high-volume model where patients are treated like numbers on an assembly line or forced to juggle a therapist's attention with four other people at the same time. At Devoted Physical Therapy, you get the dedicated, patient-centered care you actually need to recover safely and effectively.
