We are proud to celebrate three outstanding Aviata Health Group team members who have been recognized by Florida Health Care Association as recipients of their 2026 Scholarship Program—an investment in the future of long-term care professionals across Florida.

This year, FHCA awarded $300,000 in scholarships to 88 long term care professionals across Florida, supporting caregivers and team members as they pursue advanced nursing education, professional certifications, and career development opportunities. What a fantastic way to wrap up a week dedicated to celebrating our incredible Nursing Assistants! From fun activities and great memories to lots of laughter and team spirit, our CNA Week finale was one for the books.

We enjoyed a fantastic luncheon featuring delicious Haitian cuisine as we celebrated our incredible Nursing Assistants and all they do for our residents each day.

One of the most special parts of the celebration was seeing the heartfelt messages and notes of appreciation that residents shared with our CNAs. Their kind words were a meaningful reminder of the impact our team makes through compassion, dedication, and exceptional care.
