Live therapeutic support throughout the week.

For moms carrying too much for too long.
Not because you’re failing or broken, and not because you “just need better time management.”

Modern motherhood is relentless on the nervous system.

The constant mental tabs, overstimulation, emotional labor....
The pressure to keep functioning while internally feeling flooded.
And the invisible load of trying to take care of everyone while quietly losing connection with yourself.

Many overwhelmed moms are trying incredibly hard already.

And healing, calm parenting, connected relationships, emotional regulation, and good mental health usually don’t happen because you downloaded another ebook or pushed through another quick-fix reset.

Those happen through support.
Through safety.
Through nervous system work.
Through repetition.
Through slowing down enough to notice what’s actually happening inside.

Through having somewhere to return when life gets hard again.

That’s why I hold a more flexible therapeutic support model for overwhelmed moms.

Because traditional weekly therapy can sometimes unintentionally assume you have:
• predictability
• emotional reserve
• executive functioning bandwidth
• scheduling stability
• uninterrupted childcare

And many moms simply don’t.

Come when you can.
There’s space for you here.

A softer place to land while doing the real work of healing.

Support shouldn’t only exist once a week at a scheduled hour when you’re already drowning.

I offer live therapeutic support sessions throughout the week because overwhelm doesn’t wait for next Thursday at 2pm.

This is a flexible support-based model that accommodates the reality of overwhelm and ADHD instead of expecting overwhelmed moms to function like calm people first.

Because overwhelmed moms are already trying incredibly hard.

We’re already reading the books.
Saving the posts.
Listening to the podcasts.
Trying the planners.
Trying to regulate.
Trying to communicate better.
Trying to stay patient.
Trying not to snap.
Trying not to shut down.
Trying not to drown under the invisible mental load they carry every day.

And healing, good mental health, more connected relationships, and calm parenting don’t magically happen through an ebook, a workshop, a 7-day challenge, or a 30-day reset.

Real change usually happens through support, repetition, safety, reflection, nervous system work, connection, repair, practice, and having somewhere to return when life gets hard again.

Especially for moms whose lives don’t always allow for perfect consistency, scheduling predictability, emotional reserve, or uninterrupted time to focus on themselves.

That’s why I have some non-traditional ideas to reach moms in the thick of it, who need support, and can't function on the one hour weekly therapy model.

Live sessions throughout the week.
Come when you can.
There’s space for you here.

Not pressure.
Not perfection.
Not another thing to fail at keeping up with.

Just a softer place to land while doing the real work of healing and reconnecting with yourself.

Morning drive talk with my babes:

Mom, how many days are left of school, It feels like forever

I don't know for sure sweetie, how many days do you think are left?

5 hundred million

All right well we're on our way to school so when I pick you up there will be 499,999, 999 days left (said me with a million pauses while I worked it out in my head) 😊

Mom!! How did you come up with that number!?!?

In my mind! Can you believe how cool our brains are? Let me show you what it looks like when you read it. I love you so much. I'm so lucky to be your mom.

👀

“Calm down”
…said every mom, right before nobody calmed down 😅

It's not in the commands, it's in the connection 💞

You don’t need more pressure.
You don’t need a better planner.
You don’t need to try harder.

When your system feels safe, everything shifts...

how you respond,
how you connect,
how you move through your day.

This work isn’t about fixing you.

It’s about helping your body come back to a place where you can actually be you.

Where things feel a little quieter.

A little steadier.

A little more like home.

That’s what we’re doing here 🤍

Happy Friday 🤍

Nothing brings in the weekend like opening the washer

after a full cycle

finding a worm.

You’re not too much.

Your reactions aren’t random.

And you’re definitely not failing at this.

A part of you has learned to stay ready—
to brace, to react, to protect.

Sister, I want to show you something new.

I’m here when you’re ready 🤍

I'll send you a link to my calendar if you want in.

you don’t have to be calm to start

because calm isn’t something you force
it’s something your body learns over time

so if you’ve been trying to think your way into feeling better

and it’s just not landing…

there’s nothing wrong with you

we don’t start with calm
we find your way back to center 🤍

If you’ve ever yelled at your child and felt immediate guilt… you are not alone.

And you are not a bad mom.

What matters most in relationships isn’t perfection.

It’s what happens after the hard moment.

When you come back.
Take responsibility.
Remove blame from your child.
And reconnect with care…

something powerful is happening beneath the surface.

Trust is growing.
Safety is being restored.
Secure connection is taking root.

This is the quiet work that shapes how our children experience relationships for the rest of their lives.

Slower is faster.
Connection over perfection.
Repair, again and again. 🤍

If this spoke to you, save it for the hard days —and share it with a mom who needs the reminder tonight.
