Diet culture doesn’t just “mess with your eating.”
It steals from you and bringing awareness to this is a key part of healing your relationship with food and body.

I highly recommend putting pen to paper and brain dumping anything you can think of that relates to those 3 categories.
You don’t need to do anything with it — allow yourself to be aware and see what comes up.
Diet culture convinces you that your body is a project to be fixed—and suddenly, your entire life revolves around food rules, shame, and chasing an ever-moving goalpost.
But here’s the thing:
You were never the problem.
Diet culture is.
