We’re so excited to introduce Jen Kenney 🤍

Jen is an RN, BSN, IBCLC with over 20 years of experience supporting moms and babies through their breastfeeding journey, and she will now be collaborating with us every month for our Breastfeeding Support Group at Lighthouse Chiropractic Nocatee.

Our very first group topic will be:

Everything you want to know about breast pumps, pumping, storing milk, returning to work, building a stash, and more.

Whether you’re currently breastfeeding, preparing for baby, exclusively pumping, or simply looking for support and community — this group is for you.

Most people assume bloating is caused by the wrong food.

But often, bloating is a sign the gut and nervous system are under stress.

When the nervous system is in protection mode, digestion slows.

Food sits longer. Ferments. Creates gas and inflammation 🔥

This is one of the most common patterns I see.
