Children with autism prefer to play alone.

FACT 💙
Many children with autism enjoy playing with others, they may simply need support in learning skills like taking turns, sharing, and communicating. ABA therapy uses fun, meaningful play to help make those social interactions more comfortable and rewarding.

Because every little moment of play can lead to a big step forward. 🌟

At first glance, it's just two kids playing.

Look a little closer.

One is observing.

One is adjusting.

They're sharing space, reading cues, responding to each other, and discovering how to move together.

These are the moments ABA therapy values most, because real learning doesn't always look like instruction. Sometimes it looks like curiosity, cooperation, and a child finding their place alongside another child.

Whether it's taking turns, encouraging a friend, or simply sharing the ride, these playful moments are about so much more than having fun. They're opportunities to build communication, cooperation, patience, and confidence, skills that ABA therapy helps nurture every day.

Because when children learn to support one another through play, they're also learning how to connect, grow, and celebrate every step forward, together. 🌈

From the outside, it looks like children drawing with chalk.

But an ABA therapist notices something different.

A child waiting for their turn.
A new word being spoken without a prompt.
A request made independently.
A shared smile between peers.
A problem solved together.

These aren't accidental moments, they're opportunities intentionally created to strengthen communication, social interaction, flexibility, and cooperation in a natural environment.

Because in ABA Therapy, some of the most meaningful learning happens when children don't even realize they're learning.
