Honor Community Health recently purchased 48980 Woodward Avenue and will be renovating the former charter school site (initial rendering below) on the northern part of the Woodward Loop! They’ve also purchased a building on Baldwin north of Walton that they’ll be renovating as well.

October Is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

Early detection can save lives, and taking charge of your health starts with one conversation!

At Honor Community Health, we believe breast cancer awareness, prevention, and early detection shouldn't be limited to just one month. That's why we host mammogram events throughout the year, helping make important screenings more accessible to the communities we serve.

Throughout October, you'll also see our Honor team members proudly wearing pink ribbon pins to show their support, raise awareness, and remind everyone of the importance of breast health.

We encourage everyone to learn their breast cancer risk, understand the importance of routine screenings, and talk with their healthcare provider about when mammograms are right for them.

Whether you're due for a screening, have questions about your family history, or have noticed a change in your breast health, don't wait to start the conversation.

Breast cancer awareness is recognized in October, but prevention and early detection matter all year long!

Please be advised that the Cesar Chavez Avenue entrance and exit at our Philip Henry Center/Oakland 360 Care Center will be temporarily closed for approximately 1–2 weeks.

The Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner's Office will be conducting sanitary sewer cleaning in the area.

Patients and visitors should use the Cass Avenue entrance and exit during this time.
