Our incredible office manager, Mrs. April

For the past 16 years, she’s been the heart behind the scenes, keeping everything running smoothly while leading our team with kindness, dedication, and grace. She always goes the extra mile for both our staff and our patients, and her caring spirit shines through in everything she does.

Whether she’s helping a coworker, answering a patient’s questions, or juggling the countless behind the scenes details that keep our clinic running, she does it all with patience, compassion, and a true servant’s heart.

She often says we are her second family and we couldn’t agree more. Her love for our team and the people we serve is evident every day and we’re so thankful she’s been part of our clinic family for the past 16 years.

One of her favorite Bible verses is 2 Timothy 1:7:
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”

We are so grateful for her steady leadership, her faithful heart, and the countless ways she blesses our team and our patients. Our clinic is a better place because of her.

To be honest, we're thankful to simply be considered "the best" in anyone's eyes. Every day, our goal is to serve our community with compassion, kindness, and the best care we can provide. Knowing that someone took the time to nominate us means more than we can put into words.

Mrs. Donna, Receptionist

Help us welcome the newest friendly face at our front desk!

A Calhoun County transplant, she’s happy to now call Pontotoc home and is excited to serve our community. With 9 years as a 911 dispatcher and 16 years working in the school system, she brings a wealth of experience, professionalism, and a heart for helping others.

From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll be greeted with her sweet smile, compassionate heart, and patient spirit. She loves lending a helping hand and is dedicated to making every patient feel welcomed, cared for, and valued.

When she’s not at the clinic, she enjoys spending quality time with her grandbaby and is always looking forward to making new memories with family.

Her favorite Bible verse is Phillipians 4:13:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
