Mon: 9:00am-4:30pm (Brunswick)
Tues: 8:30am-6:00pm (Pooler)
Wed: 9:00 am-4:30pm (Brunswick)
Thur: 8:30am-6:00pm (Pooler)
Fri: 9:00am-1:00pm (Pooler)

***PLEASE NOTE: All patients are required to wear a facial covering/mask when coming into our office despite vaccination status. Cancellation/Broken Appointment policy: If you need to cancel or move your appointment it MUST be done within 24 Business hours in order to avoid a $25 dollar fee. Attention parents: Hope y’all had a fantastic summer break! Please let me know if you need any asthma or epinephrine injector forms for your little ones completed. I have generic action plans from The American Lung Association and The Food Allergy Research & Education so please make sure your child’s school will accept these. If not, you can email me a copy of the school’s specific forms at [email protected] or [email protected] or drop them by the office. Also let me know if you will need refills on Epinephrine injectors or rescue inhalers. Please note that there will be a 1 week turn around on forms. Thank you!!!

Yesterday, 16 year old Holton was in a horrific motorcycle accident on Benton Blvd & Highlands in Pooler. He sustained serious injuries and underwent life saving surgery last night. He is fighting for his life and will have a long road to recovery. Holton and his mom are in our thoughts and prayers during this tragic time. Please pray for Holton ❤️
