If you see us for your healthcare at Physicians Park Primary Care, you should have received this letter outlining our transition to Mercy Health. Your medical records will be accessible after the transition to our team through our electronic health record. This is expected to be relatively seamless, however we do ask that you come to your future appointments with your active prescriptions and updated insurance information to be certain we have the most accurate information.

Our office will have an adjusted schedule during the week of September 28-October 2, 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Office Schedule
• Monday, September 28: Scheduled appointments and walk-in clinic, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Tuesday, September 29: Walk-in clinic closed; no scheduled appointments.
• Wednesday, September 30: Walk-in clinic closed; no scheduled appointments.
• Thursday, October 1: Office closed
• Friday, October 2: Office closed
Our phone lines will remain open through Wednesday, September 30. Please request any medication refills due during the week of transition prior to September 25.
If you need medical care from September 29 through October 2, please visit a local urgent care center of your choice or the emergency room.
We will reopen Monday, October 5, 2026.

We are aware of letters from your insurance companies, stating your physician is no longer in network. You should be able to disregard this letter as the notification is part of our upcoming transition period.

Your team of doctors and nurse practitioners will be at the same location after 10/1, offering the same medical services. We expect insurance companies to approve services without a problem. If you have any questions, please contact our office at 573-727-5535

Short answer - almost certainly, yes. Physicians Park accepts nearly every major insurance plan, so there's a good chance you're covered when you walk in.

👋 Meet Alicia Cisne — board-certified nurse practitioner at Physicians Park.

Alicia graduated from Maryville University in 2018 and began her advanced practice career as a hospitalist at St. Francis Medical Center before moving into urgent care and primary care at the Dexter Clinic. Since 2019, she's worked alongside our physicians at Internal Medicine Associates, caring for patients across a wide range of healthcare needs.

Her experience runs deep. She's been a nurse since 2009, with extensive ICU and ER background that she's continued throughout her NP career.

Outside of medicine, Alicia loves reading, exercising, trips to the river, and most of all, spending time with her family. Most of her free time goes to cheering on her two kids at their sports and events.

She's passionate about caring for the Poplar Bluff and Dexter communities, and you can see her at the walk-in clinic, no appointment needed.

👋 Meet Miranda Krishna, NP — one of the familiar faces here at Physicians Park Primary Care.

Miranda graduated from Maryville University with her MSN in 2016 and started her career as a hospitalist at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. In 2020 she moved into primary care and joined Physicians Park Primary Care, where she's been building lasting relationships with patients and families ever since.

Outside the clinic, Miranda is a traveler, a camper, and most importantly a wife and mom of three. She's been married to Patrick since 2013, and family is at the center of everything she does.
