This month, we are proud to shine our Resident Spotlight on Ramona Bayne, a cherished member of our community since January 2021! ❤️

Ramona serves as our Resident Council President and brings so much joy, kindness, and friendship to those around her. She loves sharing stories about her family and fondly remembers going fishing and selling produce with her uncle and grandpa. 🎣🍅

Your compassion, dedication, patience, and hard work make a difference in the lives of our residents every single day. Whether you’re providing hands-on care, offering a comforting smile, lending a listening ear, or simply being there when someone needs you most, your efforts do not go unnoticed.

The relationships you build with our residents and their families create a sense of home, dignity, and comfort that cannot be measured. You are the frontline caregivers who make Cedargate a special place, and we are grateful for the kindness and professionalism you bring to work each day.
