(ADAS) provides inpatient, outpatient, intensive outpatient, prevention, and case management services for Cameron, Elk and McKean Counties (ADAS) is the SCA responsible for the provision of a comprehensive system of substance abuse prevention, intervention, treatment, case management and recovery oriented services in Cameron, Elk & McKean counties.

Overdose touches families, friends, and communities across Pennsylvania.

This Overdose Awareness Week, we honor the lives lost and recognize that every life saved matters.

Since Governor Josh Shapiro took office, there have been 17,600+ reported overdose reversals using naloxone supplied through our Overdose Prevention Program.

Since then, 2.8 million doses of naloxone and 2.2 million fentanyl and xylazine test strips have been distributed through our statewide overdose prevention partners—helping save lives and giving more Pennsylvanians the chance to seek treatment, find recovery, and build a healthier future.
