Responsibilities

Complete Psychosocial Assessments for all Medicare clients

Provide individual counseling to Medicare clients

Document sessions in EMR software

Provide Crisis Stabilization when needed

Work Experience/Skills

At least 1 year experience in the mental health field

Ability to use telehealth
