Many of the people who follow this page have a connection to my dad so I wanted to share this here to help spread the word.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Bob Henry at the Forks First Congregational Church on October 10th at 2 p.m. We will begin with a memorial service in the Church Sanctuary, followed by a gathering in the Fellowship Hall to share refreshments, stories, and fond memories of Bob Henry.

I don’t typically share much personal stuff on this page—mostly just cancellation openings—but so many of you have known about and followed my dad’s health struggles over the past 10 months following his back surgery that I wanted to give you an update.

Sadly, my dad passed away yesterday morning. I am absolutely heartbroken, but I am also thankful that he is no longer suffering.

As you can imagine, I need to take a little time away from massage to grieve, support my mom, and help take care of everything that needs to be taken care of right now. At this point, I’m planning to return to work next week, but I’ll keep you updated if that changes.

To the clients whose appointments I’ve had to cancel, I’m so sorry, and I truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and support during this difficult time. ❤️

P.S. I chose this picture because it’s of my brother and me celebrating one of my dad’s birthdays. My dad left this world 84 years and 2 days after he entered it, and somehow that feels like a fitting little piece of symmetry.
