I teach public classes on the beach, at the pavilion in Charlie's Pasture, The Balinese Spa, Vino & Vinyasa at Island Wine & other other classes in beautiful places here in Port Aransas Texas. I offer private one on one or group classes on the beach or where you are staying. I offer private Zoom classes for companies a

nd private Zoom lessons for you in your home. I make videos for companies to provide to their employees for business or personal use to better their mind & body! As I continue my Yoga Teacher Training I have posted videos here for my practice and will do so as I can and as I continue learning. I love providing yoga online for anyone who wants to try it out at home for healing or relaxation and for Vacationers as my favorite part of yoga is the breathing and relaxation!
