About Sarah DuBose, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Sarah DuBose has worked in healthcare as a nurse in pediatrics, medical-surgical, postpartum and newborn nursery care. She completed her Masters of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2015 and her post-masters certification as a pediatric clinical nurse specialist from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth

in 2017. Sarah is credentialed through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, as well as, The Texas Nurse Practitioners, National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Texas Clinical Nurse Specialists Organizations. Sarah has precepted over 20 nurse practitioner and physician assistant students. Sarah views education as a lifelong process and is eager to learn by teaching. Sarah is focused on providing health promotion and holistic healthcare to equip families with the knowledge they need to provide the best care for their families. Sarah views the family as part of her team in determining their child's plan of care. Sarah enjoys visiting with her patients and their families and often feels as though they become family! She hopes to promote lifelong healthy lifestyles for children by giving them a strong start at an early age!
