Today, we’re reminded that mental health matters; every age, every stage, every day!

At Unity Counseling, we believe everyone deserves to feel supported, understood, and connected. Whether it’s learning new coping skills, building confidence, navigating life’s challenges, or simply having someone to talk to, small steps toward better mental health can make a meaningful difference.

Let’s continue to break the stigma, lead with compassion, and remind one another that it’s okay to ask for help. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. 💚

A little late, but definitely worth the wait! ☀️This summer at Unity Counseling was filled with growth, connection, learning, laughter, and so many memories!

As Unity continues to grow, we were excited to bring our therapeutic summer programming to several locations throughout the community, allowing us to reach and support even more youth.

Our summer program gave youth opportunities to build skills while having fun and making meaningful memories. From creative activities and team challenges to outdoor adventures and community experiences, every day brought another opportunity to learn, connect, and grow.

As we shift into a new season, we couldn’t let summer pass without celebrating all the wonderful memories we made!!!

Thank you to our incredible staff, families, youth and community for making this summer so special. 💙🧡

One way that Unity supports the community is through youth sports sponsorships.

We would like to congratulate one of our sponsored teams, the Port Clinton Wolves U9 travel soccer team⚽️, on winning the championship today at the Medina Invitational travel soccer tournament! These boys worked so hard - Congratulations! 🏆🏆⚽️⚽️🥅🥅

We would also like to recognize the other businesses that chose to sponsor this team - it takes a community! Thanks for also supporting youth development through sports!
