PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

The Port Deposit Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in Town Hall, 64 S. Main Street, Port Deposit, MD to consider the following applications:

FILE 19-2026 - Applicant: Bohler Engineering, Morgan O’Donnell, P.E., and Bainbridge Development Corporation;
Property: Bainbridge Phase II, Port Deposit, Tax Map: 23G, Parcel: 648, Zone: B&I Business and Industrial; Prop. Owner: Bainbridge Development Corporation; Proposal: Remediation of asbestos areas. Site activities include excavation of asbestos containing materials and disposing of in designated disposal area that will be capped.; and

FILE 20-2026 - Applicant: Bohler Engineering, Morgan O’Donnell and Nexamp; Property: Bainbridge Property Landfills, Tax Map: 23G, Parcel: 648, Zone: Business & Industrial; Prop. Owner: Bainbridge Development Corporation; Proposal: Final Site Plan for solar field on capped landfill property; Bufferyard Modification Request and Decommissioning Report Review.

FISCAL YEAR 2027 ANNUAL BUDGET

The Mayor and Council of the Town of Port Deposit will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in Town Hall, 64 S. Main Street, Port Deposit, MD for the FY 2027 Budget in conformance with the Charter of the Town of Port Deposit.
