Alpha lipoic acid is a powerhouse for helping support nerve function. It can help neuropathy and lower blood sugar. While it can be used orally, giving it IV can lead to better bioavailability. We have had patients with great results with both chemo induced neuropathy and diabetic neuropathy.
We offer stand alone alpha lipoic acid IVs or add it on to other IV infusions.
