Some scenic views from last weekend's retreat at Shaftsbury Hollow in VT (a Self Realization Fellowship retreat center). The days were spent cultivating devotional stillness within...through meditation, structured silence and quiet time in nature. And some sweet fellowship!

With so many powerful gifts received, I've allowed myself a slow progression back to the rhythms of home life and work this week. And I am thankful to be able to share the sacred gifts and insights I received in my treatment room...and beyond. 🙏🥰🙏

Rode in honor of my Dad and Father's Day today. Dad took up bike riding in the last years of his life and Mom always said "he loved his bike!" So I smiled as I pedaled along the neighborhoods I was raised, with gratitude and joy for all the memories.

I'm so thankful for my earthly father...and for my Heavenly Father. Happy Father's Day! ❤️🙏🚲

A Monday like this can't be planned. It emerges. All that was needed was to be present to the unfolding and receive the divine gift. I didn't realize how "thirsty" I was for a day at the ocean and all it gives!

A long walk, lots of listening to the waves, some Five Element seasonal reading and no concern about clock time. Healing and restorative on so many levels.

Gratitude fills my Heart...as Summer's Fire element takes hold. 🌊⛱️🌞👙❣️🙏

Happy Mother's Day to all! Reflecting on my own mother, this picture says it all. She was happiest just being "Mom" - in all ways. From our youngest days, right up until her passing. Love ya' Mom! (and I can hear her reply..."Love ya' back!"). 😍🙏🌷🌼❤️

Spring is gradually unfolding... little bits of color popping up here and there, as I experienced from my bicycle seat and hiking trails this weekend.

After several energetically full and outwardly active weeks, I felt led to some retreat time. For me, that meant pulling back from schedules and media....and putting my focus on sacred meditation, restful sleep and activity outdoors to connect with nature's Spring energy. As a result, I feel refreshed and grounded again!

A good reminder for us all to take time for Self reflection and let divinely guided steps lead us in ways that serve our healthy paths forward. 🌞🙏🌱🚲🥾🥰🌷

Last night's Easter Vigil began as the church was plunged into darkness. A sacred fire was lit, scriptures read. Individual candles were gradually lit one by one from a shared Paschal candle, symbolizing the unifying Light in each of us. And finally, a vibrant proclamation that Christ was risen as the cathedral lights were brought up in joyful celebration!

No matter your spiritual path, the powerful message of Easter...Light over darkness, sacrifice, humility, forgiveness, divine friendship among all nations and races and the unconditional love of God is for us all. A message that I pray continues to be shared and permeate this world.
