This class teaches the basics, like CPR, AED, Bleeding Control, Heat Exhaustion and Choking relief.

But it doesn't stop there. Additional topics can include Tooth and Eye emergencies, Stroke and Seizure care, Impalement and Abdominal injuries, and so much more.

The one question you need to ask after any CPR/First Aid class is "Would I be able to do that properly if I needed to?" If the answer is no, your certification was not worth it!
