Perfect example of why having enough fluid in front of baby's face creates the most clear images. It really does help to stay extra hydrated at least a week leading up to your appointment. Of course, we can't fully rely on that because we may run into other obstacles, but it definitely helps !! Plus it's good for you and baby ! 💦🙂
