It's always a great time introducing newbies to the amazing world of Aerial Core Yoga on Mondays at 7 PM! I'm so grateful for everyone who joined us at the Kula Yoga Studios PO studio this week. Building strength and finding balance together is truly a rewarding experience. We're already looking forward to our next session, and I can't wait to see your progress!
