Yesterday was a very special day for Brent Sanders who shared the last 3 years of his 32-year massage therapy career with us at Come As You Are Massage Therapy LLC

We wish him all the best on his new journey into retirement! He plans to take a 6-week road trip across the country with his wonderful wife and when he comes back we will be ready to serve them with the same superior quality and he has offered our community

Hello Dear and Valuable CAYA Clients!

We hope this email finds you well. August has been a very busy month and it's just flying by so I wanted to share some updates.

1. Brent Sanders (https://www.cayamassage.com/s/staff) will be retiring 8/31 after a 30 year career in massage therapy and spending the last 3 years with us here at CAYA. He will be missed very much though we are excited for him and his family to get to enjoy this next chapter.

2. Kassie Anderson joined the team after relocating from Tacoma and has 13 years experience as an LMT She is available Thursdays and Fridays. You can read her BIO on our website.

3. We have upgraded 2 of our hydraulic tables that have advanced positioning and are self-heated! We have been using them for a week and getting rave reviews on them.

4. Last update I wanted to share. We now have self-heated premium paraffin wax loaded with healthy oils and vitamins for tired achy hands and feet as a seamless add-on service!

Hello! My name is Kassie, and I am a bodyworker. I have been practicing massage for 13 years. The reason I prefer the term bodyworker is because I do more than just massage muscles. My massage is a blend of techniques to reduce inflammation, regulate the nervous system, address deep rooted tension, improve range of motion, and reduce pain. I work best with people who feel very stiff, suffer from headaches, PTSD, anxiety, mild edema, trouble relaxing, chronic injuries or tension, busy body's, and elderly who are looking to improve their quality of life. My massage is trauma informed, which allows me to meet your nervous system where it's at, and that process starts before I even put my hands on you. I use those skills to relax or stimulate your nervous system, depending on your goals for your massage, then perform the work needed. The basis of my massage is treatment oriented.
