🌧️🍂 A Rainy Autumn Day, a Cauldron of Poppets & a Little Intention Magic 🌙✨
As I sit here on this rainy autumn day, looking at this cauldron full of handmade poppets from The Clairity Room, I had a thought.
Until these peculiar little souls find their people, I might as well put them to work doing what they were intended to do. A little intention-setting, a little self-care, and perhaps a little magic. After all, they aren't just adorable little faces with button eyes.
A few curious minds have asked about them, so I thought I'd share what I'm asking of my little cauldron of characters today.
Because autumn rain has a purpose. It nourishes the ground, preparing it for the blooms of spring. And maybe our intentions work much the same way. We plant them, nurture them, and trust that something beautiful is growing, even when we can't see it yet. 🌱
So here goes…
💚 Green Witch — Prosperity & Abundance
She's my little reminder that abundance comes in many forms. May the seeds I've planted through hard work, creativity, and a fair amount of stubborn determination flourish into something wonderful. May opportunities grow, doors open, and the things I've been quietly working toward begin to bloom.
💙 Blue Witch — Wisdom & Intuition
For trusting that little voice that says, "Go ahead, do the thing," even when logic is standing in the corner shaking its head. May I recognize the right opportunities, trust my instincts, and remember that sometimes the most peculiar paths lead to the most extraordinary places.
❤️ Ghost with the Big Red Heart — Love & Connection
For love in all its wonderful forms. May the people we cherish know how deeply they're loved, may kindness find its way into unexpected places, and may we never underestimate how much one small gesture can mean to another soul.
🖤 Ghost with the Big Black Heart — Protection & Release
For letting go of what no longer serves us. Old worries, unnecessary burdens, negative energy, and those pesky little doubts that whisper we aren't capable. May they drift away like ghosts into the autumn mist, leaving room for peace, courage, and better things.
🩷 Dollie Pink — Gratitude & Inner Peace
She's not pictured because she's sitting beside me with her lovely celestial trinket dish. Apparently, she's already claimed her spot. 😂
Her intention is to remind me to appreciate the little things. The quiet moments, the unexpected kindness, the beauty in ordinary days, and the simple privilege of creating a life filled with things that make my soul happy.

For the dreamers, the storytellers, and the people who see possibilities where others see nothing at all. May imagination never run dry, may creative work find its way into the world, and may the stories we pour our hearts into touch the hearts they're meant to find. 💜

For the strength to keep showing up, especially when progress feels painfully slow. May perseverance outweigh frustration, may setbacks become lessons, and may the courage to try again always be stronger than the temptation to quit.

For finding joy in the unexpected, embracing change, and remembering that it's never too late to begin something wonderful. May laughter be plentiful, adventures be interesting, and the next chapter be even better than the last.

For the curious souls who refuse to live life inside a little box. May we always have the courage to explore, chase our dreams, follow our hearts, and occasionally take a leap without knowing exactly where we'll land. Life is far too short to spend it watching the birds from the window when there's a whole world waiting outside.
And may the things we chase bring us joy, not just another feather in our cap. ❤️

For everything we're nurturing that hasn't quite blossomed yet. Just as autumn rain nourishes the earth for spring's first flowers, may the love, patience, and hard work we pour into our dreams take root and flourish in their own time.
May we remember that even when nothing appears to be happening, something beautiful may be growing beneath the surface.
After all, every flower has its season, and so do we. ❤️

Now, I'm not suggesting these little characters are going to wave their stitched arms and magically rearrange the universe. Although, frankly, I wouldn't object if they did. I might run land hide hahahaha
But sometimes giving an intention a face, a purpose, and a little place in our day is enough to remind us to keep believing in what we're working toward.
