🚨 Important Patient Account Notice 🚨
If you have received billing statements from our office, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your account and avoid being sent to collections. If you are unsure whether you have an outstanding balance, I encourage you to call our office and we will be happy to review your account with you.
Many patients with outstanding balances have received numerous statements, some more than 20, without payment or communication regarding payment arrangements. Since opening New Horizon Primary Care, I have worked very hard to avoid utilizing collection services. Unfortunately, due to the growing amount of unpaid patient balances, I have made the difficult decision to begin outsourcing delinquent accounts to a collections agency.
I sincerely appreciate the patients who make their financial responsibilities a priority and those who communicate with us when hardships arise. My hope is that we can work together to resolve outstanding balances before accounts are reported to collections.
