They are vessels, built to carry us across open waters, through storms and stillness, toward places of growth, expansion, and evolution.

✨ Counselor Spotlight: Meet Julie ✨

We’re excited to introduce Julie Fresenius, a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at the University of West Alabama!

Julie brings curiosity, compassion, and a genuine appreciation for the unique experiences that shape each person’s life. Her approach to counseling is grounded in evidence-based, behavioral and contextual therapies, including ACT, FAP, and exposure-based interventions.

She works with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, OCD, depression, disordered eating, and relationship challenges, and has a special interest in couples' work.

Above all, Julie strives to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood as they build greater flexibility and move toward what matters most to them. 💛 We’re so glad to have Julie as part of our counseling community!
