Something that I always thought about after I had my second baby (my daughter) was "How can I help other moms the way I wanted to be helped?"? I felt that I knew so much after her birth but in reality, it didn't even scratch the surface. Then I did my research, attended classes and got my certification as a doula which made me feel great. I felt more empowered and gained more knowledge about birth and how to give better support. Being a doula is something I never thought about until 2023 and it has changed my life for the better.
