Unfortunately, simply having a CNA or HHA license doesn’t always mean that an agency provides the quality of care your loved one deserves.
As a small, privately owned home care agency, I take a very personal approach to the care we provide. I thoroughly screen and carefully select my caregivers because I want to know exactly who I am placing in your home.
After every shift, my caregivers give me a verbal report so I know how the day went, what happened, and if there are any concerns that need to be addressed.
I also personally call my clients’ families every month to check in, make sure they are happy with the care being provided, and find out if anything needs to be adjusted.
And I don’t just manage from behind a desk. I randomly stop by my clients’ homes while a caregiver is working to make sure everything is being done properly and that my high standards and expectations are being met.
Being a small, privately owned agency allows me to be personally involved in the care of every client. I know my caregivers, I know my clients, and I care about the quality of service we provide.
