💛 At Solutions Therapy, We are Feeling All the Feelings! 💛
For the past 2 weeks, we explored Inside Out and learned that it’s okay to feel ALL the feelings! 🎬✨

Our kids worked fun and creative speech, language and motor activities to learn about:
🗣 Expressing emotions with words

🎭 Recognizing feelings in themselves and others
🧠 Using strategies to handle big emotions
Every feeling matters—and when kids can name it, they can tame it! 💬💛

So proud of our kids for being brave and sharing their feelings this week! 🌈
