Is your child ready for preschool… but you’re not quite ready for a full preschool schedule yet?

Introducing Preschool Prep at My Gym PSL the perfect bridge between home and preschool!

This 3-hour drop-off program gives your little one the chance to build independence, confidence, friendships, and social skills in the safe and familiar environment of My Gym.

Your child will get to:
• Practice being away from home in a fun, supportive setting
• Make new friends
• Create crafts and explore activities
• Build confidence and independence
• Learn routines and social skills that prepare them for preschool

It’s the perfect first step toward preschool readiness without the pressure of a full school day.

Available:
Monday | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Friday | 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM

$199 every 4 weeks 1 day per week
$349 every 4 weeks 2 days per week
*children must be potty independent

Things that look like play… but are secretly building your child’s strength & confidence 👀🤸✨

This week our preschool gymnasts are working on balance, body control, and strength with beam walks and mule kicks! 💪

Every careful step across the beam helps build coordination and confidence, while every kick helps develop the strong muscles they need for bigger skills ahead. 💜

The best part? They’re having SO much fun they don’t even realize how much they’re learning! 🥹

5:30 PM - 8:30 PM | $40 (Pizza Included!)

The lights go out, and the FUN turns on! Join us for our Glow in the Dark Parents’ Night Out featuring glow sticks, obstacle courses, movement games, dancing, pizza, and non-stop action. Drop the kids off for an unforgettable night while you enjoy a few kid-free hours!

Let’s get TECHNICAL! Whether your child is learning their very first cartwheel or looking to perfect their technique, we’ll break down one of gymnastics’ most foundational skills step-by-step. We’ll focus on proper hand placement, body positioning, kicks, and confidence-building drills designed to create stronger, more beautiful cartwheels all while having a blast!
