To the person who just left me an anonymous review under my lymphatic cleanse complaining about my “online presence” boo hoo 😂

Let’s be very clear: just because I own a business does NOT mean I have to sit quietly and accept abuse, disrespect or threats from people.

I’m not that kinda girl on or offline.

If you threaten my business, threaten to leave fake reviews to intentionally damage my reputation and then think you’re going to hide behind an anonymous review afterward… you’re sadly mistaken.

I’m not scared to speak up for myself or my business and I’m damn sure not going to let someone try to bully me into silence because they think being a business owner means I’m supposed to take whatever people throw at me.

My true supporters know me. They’ve seen me drag quite a few people in my
comment section being a nuisance.

So leave the fake reviews, hide behind the anonymous button do whatever you need to do.

I don’t have a publicist to answer to. Don’t forget that. And I don’t plan on firing myself so it looks like you’re out of luck.

Byeeeeeeeeee

I don’t want your business.

☀️ Happy Sunday ☀️

My daughter will get a fever and her body will fight off the virus or infection before anything comes of it. Give her 24 hours and she’s brand new.

If the house got sick every time she was exposed to something, we would be MISERABLE.

At the end of the day, no matter how many times I tell her not to touch her mouth, nose and eyes, she’s a kid doing what kids do. These kids know each other for 5 minutes and hug and hold hands at the park. Cooties are inevitable.

My responsibility is to make sure she’s healthy and strong enough to fight off whatever comes her way. We do this in the form of prevention. Daily immune protection and probiotics.

It’s a rest and homemade ice pops kind of day.

What it’s NOT is a sick week!

To gauge whether or not your kid’s immune system is ready to go back to school, consider their summer break routines.

Were they regularly up late at night?

Did they eat a lot of sugary foods?

Were they traveling?

Did they exercise regularly?

All of these factors might mean that your children need some extra immune support to stay healthy as they transition back to school.

Years ago when we were judged, mistreated, ostracized and looked down on for not taking the vaccine, an apology would have felt vindicating.

Now, I don't give a damn about any apologies. They have far bigger fish to fry. Drinking that Kool-Aid was one of the worst decisions they ever made and it’s all coming to light.

Fauci had plenty to say when he was telling the world to get vaccinated.

Now when he's finally being asked difficult questions, he's pleading the Fifth.

To everyone who was mocked, excluded, judged or called irresponsible for making a different choice, hold your head up high.

We stood our ground and we were right!

It’s not so bad being a black sheep after all.

One thing about my grandma, she’s going to call me from the parking lot of the doctors office after a check up.

As soon as she has labs, she’s going to share the results and tell me what areas need improvement and we’re gonna get an herbal/meal plan together.

Good luck getting her to take toxic prescriptions lol

And when her labs improve, she’s gonna tell the doctor her granddaughter took
care of it naturally 😅

I planned on making some local deliveries but the rain won’t quit. If I don’t get to you this evening, I’ll have you taken care of first thing in the morning 🌅

I mom’d so hard… it came back to bite me in the butt.

After hours of prep, I finally got to bed at 11:30 PM, woke up at 2:30 AM to bake, had everything bagged by 7 AM and stocked by 7:30 AM. I’m exhausted.

By the time I made it home, my daughter was awake so going back to sleep was off the table. I offered some screen time if she’d let me sleep for an hour.

Her response? “I don’t want to watch TV. It’s a beautiful day. There are so many other things I can do.”

Playing with her crystals, swimming, going for a hike… her list went on.

Despite running on fumes, we went for a walk in 91 degree weather cause sunshine and fresh air are better than cartoons.

As tired as I am, her making that choice made me proud.

I just got the most heartwarming phone call and it really made my Saturday. God knows my heart and knows when I need a little pick-me-up . I could be feeling down one minute and getting a call that a supporter is cancer free the next of a call that a non verbal autistic child said their first words. God knows just what to do to keep me on this path and make sure I never quit. These calls always come from out of nowhere too. Mind ya’ll, I don’t answer my phone. I just so happened to be reading emails and saw a preview about my bread on the answering service. Hearing customers share that they’ve noticed a difference since switching to my sourdough bread and that they’re able to enjoy bread in a way they haven’t been able to before means lot. Hearing that I have the best cinnamon rolls when I don’t even use artificial sugar or flavor enhancers is very special to me. You can satisfy your sweet tooth AND keep your health in mind. It feels good knowing my hard work is paying off. Sourdough is a very time consuming process but that’s also what makes it so special.

I baked until 3 AM, woke up at 5:45 AM, and had my farmstand stocked and ready by 7:30 AM. Then I came right back home and started preparing tomorrow’s loaves.

Just like with my herbal products, I believe in being intentional with what I create and mindful of what I put into the world. Foods made with real ingredients, traditional methods and the same care I put into my herbal products.

Today I added some new items to the menu: Organic Sourdough Bagels and naturally sweetened Cinnamon Roll Focaccia.

You’ll also find Spelt, Rye and Honey-Wheat Artisan Loaves.

You guys keep showing up and so will I.
