Presented by Ali Fulton LMHC, RYT - registered yoga teacher and licensed mental health therapist- this class will integrate therapeutic emotional and physical practices.
Based on the traditions of yoga and buddhist psychology, practitioners will learn about mental health and movement to ease stress while enhancing the mind-body connection for general well-being.

Thursdays from 5:45p to 7:00p.

Announcing the Grief Gathering Group with Akashic Shadow Counseling & Healing Arts in downtown Port Townsend, WA. We will be meeting to connect with others as we walk the path of grief, learning coping techniques, rituals and ceremony and allowing our hearts to be held by each other through our experiences.
There is a suggested donation of $5-20 dollars for those who are able to support monetarily, no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

This twice-monthly group gathering will be on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month starting November 9th, running from 6:00 to 7:00pm.

You do not need to attend every session but due to Covid and space availability, please do let me know if you plan on attending by emailing [email protected].
