These high-protein overnight oats with peaches are creamy, refreshing, and packed with fiber and protein to help keep you energized throughout the morning.

High-Protein Peach Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened milk of choice
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 fresh peach, diced
Cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Mix everything together in a jar or container and refrigerate overnight. Top with extra peaches and cinnamon before serving.

Most people think blood sugar is only something to pay attention to if there is a diagnosis. But blood sugar affects far more than that. Energy. Cravings. Mood. Hormones.
