We abuse our Nervous Systems on a daily basis. This is what a RESET looks like.

One week ago…. We gathered in a beautiful castle on Long Island.
We breathed.
We screamed.
We chanted.
We cried.
We laughed.
We danced like nobody was watching.

And some of us freaked out our kids. Lol.

Still hearing the stories from this weekend… and they keep giving me chills.

People came not knowing what to expect.

They left feeling more connected—to themselves, to each other, and to what’s possible when you give yourself permission to slow down, reset, and be fully present.

Some discovered a tool they’ll use for the rest of their lives.
Some made friendships that will outlast the event.
Some walked away with a renewed sense of energy, clarity, and hope.

This was never just about cold plunges, biohacking, or wellness experiences.

It was about creating a space where people could reconnect with themselves.
