Yesterday was the first session of my 3-part Chair Yoga & Gentle Movement series with IU Northwest’s Senior University program, and my heart is full.
It was such an honor to hold space for such a wonderful, open, and engaged group of participants. We moved gently, breathed deeply, grounded ourselves, and made room for the body to soften and reset.
One of the most beautiful parts was hearing people share how they came in feeling one way and left feeling lighter, breathing better, and simply feeling better in their bodies.
That’s the reminder: movement is medicine.
It doesn’t always have to be intense. Sometimes healing starts with a breath, a stretch, a pause, and permission to be present.
I’m so grateful to support others on their wellness journey through movement, breath, sound, and nervous system nourishment.
