He uses Palmer package adjusting techniques that include manual adjustments, flexion distraction, extremity adjustments, activator adjustments, electric stimulation therapy, ultrasound therapy, intersegmental traction, therapeutic stretching, orthotic shoe inserts, nutritional supplements and biofreeze.
