As a little Tuesday reminder... healthy relationships start with healthy choices!

Attraction is one thing, but a healthy relationship is about so much more! Respect, trust, communication, and shared values are the building blocks of a strong connection.

Take time to get to know someone. Notice how they make you feel. Set boundaries and respect each other’s. Be intentional about your choices instead of just going with the flow.

Remember, real love is not about being perfect. It is about feeling safe, respected, and supported!

🌎 Healthy communities are something we build together.

PATH is pleased to support TEPC’s Red Ribbon Week outreach by sharing its message about to***co and the environment.

Take a moment to review this graphic with your family. What choices can we make to help care for the places where we live, learn, and play?

Thank you, TEPC, for encouraging a healthier Porter County! Help us extend their reach by sharing this post.

It is Motivation Monday and today, we want to share a simple reminder: You do not have to do it all.

Sometimes, the healthiest thing you can do is slow down. As highlighted in our October newsletter, rest is an important part of taking care of yourself.

Between school, friendships, activities, and everyday responsibilities, teens can sometimes feel pressure to keep going. Remember, taking a break, talking to someone you trust, and making time to recharge are healthy choices, too.

This week, give yourself permission to pause, reconnect, and take care of YOU.

Healthy choices begin with informed conversations!

For Red Ribbon Week, October 23–31, PATH proudly supports the To***co Education & Prevention Coalition for Porter County (TEPC) in getting prevention information into the hands of families, schools, and young people.

Use this graphic to start a conversation with your teen. Listen, ask questions, and remind them that their health and future matter.

Please share to help TEPC spread the word!

Red Ribbon Week begins today! This year’s theme is “Make A Difference. Be A Hero. Stay Drug Free.™”

Duneland DFC invites youth, families, schools, and neighbors to take one positive action each day to help prevent underage drinking and youth ma*****na use.

Being a hero can mean making a healthy choice, encouraging a friend, or being a trusted adult who listens. What will you do to make a difference today?

It may be Friday, but let's kick off the start of Red Ribbon Week with a focus on healthy choices!

Parents and caregivers play an important role in helping teens make healthy choices. Open conversations, positive support, and trusted relationships can make a difference!

This Red Ribbon Week, we are encouraging families to stay connected, start conversations, and empower youth to make healthy decisions.

🎗️ **Red Ribbon Week starts TODAY!**

From October 23–31, let’s come together to support healthy, drug-free futures for Duneland’s young people!

Here are three simple ways to participate:

❤️ **Wear red** to show your support.
💬 **Start a conversation** with a young person. Listen, encourage their goals, and talk about avoiding underage drinking and ma*****na use.
🤝 **Get involved** by connecting with the Duneland DFC Coalition. Your voice and ideas matter!

Parents, schools, businesses, and neighbors—we all have a part to play.

💙 **How will you show your support?** Tell us in the comments and share this post to invite others!

🎲 **Feel-Good Friday: Game night. Good company.**

Bring out the board games, shuffle a deck of cards, or challenge the family to a round of charades!

Add a favorite snack, put the phones aside, and make room for laughter. Keep the gathering alcohol- and ma*****na-free so everyone can enjoy the time together.

💙 Invite someone who might appreciate being included.

💬 Which game always gets your family or friends laughing?

PLEASE sign the petition and share this with everyone! Help us encourage legislators to provide more funding to to***co prevention and cessation efforts in Indiana. Just over a third of the counties in Indiana are funded at all and those of us who are funded desperately need more funds to make a positive impact.
