Cada nuevo mes es un pequeño giro de la rueda de la vida. La naturaleza nos lo recuerda todo el tiempo: la luna cambia, las mareas se mueven, las hojas caen, las semillas esperan su momento y después vuelven a brotar. Nada permanece igual, y nosotros tampoco.

Septiembre llega como un nuevo ciclo que el Gran Espíritu pone frente a nosotros. No para que corramos a convertirnos en alguien distinto de un día para otro, sino para que volvamos a escuchar. Para preguntarnos qué necesita terminar, qué merece ser cuidado y qué nueva semilla queremos sembrar en nuestra vida.

Que el Gran Espíritu guíe tus pasos, proteja tu energía y te dé claridad para reconocer aquello que sí pertenece a tu camino.

La vibración activa ayuda a desbloquearnos, cada chakra se asocia tradicionalmente con una vibración o sonido específico utilizado durante siglos en prácticas de yoga y meditación:

LAM: Muladhara. Chakra raíz
Cuando el miedo y la incertidumbre aparece…
Todo cambia.
Todo parece inestable.
LAM te recuerda que puedes volver a encontrar tierra firme dentro de ti.

VAM: Swadhisthana. Chakra sacro
Cuando has olvidado disfrutar…
Cumples con todo.
Pero algo dentro de ti se siente apagado.
VAM te invita a volver a sentir, creary fluir.

RAM: Manipura. Chakra plexo solar
Cuando dudas de ti…
De tus decisiones.
De tu valor.

👨‍🦳 Sanar el vínculo con papá no siempre significa acercarte a él.

A veces significa recuperar la fuerza que sentiste que perdiste en esa historia.

Porque papá no solo representa una persona.

También representa una ENERGIA dentro de ti:
la dirección, la confianza, los límites, la seguridad, la acción y la capacidad de avanzar con certeza

Y cuando ese vínculo fue doloroso, ausente o inestable, una parte de ti pudo haber aprendido a desconfiar de sí misma.

A cuestionar cada decisión.

A sentir culpa cuando pone límites.

A buscar amor en personas emocionalmente indisponibles.

A confundir el esfuerzo con el merecimiento.

A creer que el éxito, el dinero o la estabilidad vienen acompañados de peligro.

Pero sanar la herida paterna no siempre consiste en volver atrás para recibir lo que no llegó.

Muchas veces consiste en darte a ti misma lo que has estado esperando recibir de otros.

✨ Decirte:
"Ahora yo puedo sostenerme."

Puedo confiar en mi voz.

Puedo honrar mis decisiones.

Puedo decir no sin sentir culpa.

Puedo dejar de perseguir amor que no me elige.

Puedo avanzar sin pedir permiso.

Puedo recibir abundancia sin miedo.

Puedo sentirme segura siendo yo.

😔Porque llega un momento en el que dejas de buscar afuera la protección, la validación y la dirección que tu alma está lista para recuperar dentro de sí.

Sanar con papá es volver a tu centro.

A tu poder.

A tu dirección.

A la mujer que siempre estuvo ahí esperando recordar quién era.

🌙 Y cuando recuperas esa fuerza interna, ya no construyes tu vida desde la herida.

La construyes desde tu valor.

✨ Desde tu confianza.

✨ Desde tu merecimiento.
