For all Sooner Care members, be sure and do renewals as they come due, to keep coverage going! If you need any help with Sooner Care issues, please contact Lori Tibbs at 918-770-9369! She is a certified application counselor who works at AVV.

Did you get a letter or email telling you it’s time to renew your SoonerCare? Here’s what you need to do:

✅ Log into your SoonerCare portal

✅ Provide necessary documentation

✅ Wait for the review to be completed

That’s it! You can check the status of your renewal anytime in your portal. 😎
