🍍 PINEAPPLE🍍 is indeed great for people with PMOS formerly PCOS due to its anti-inflammatory and digestive properties but due to its high glycemic index its best eaten whole….not juiced. Eating about 1-1.5 cups of whole pineapple paired proteins and healthy fats is the best way to enjoy pineapple, receive its benefits while helping to manage insulin spikes. Whole pineapple has fiber while the juice does not, fiber is important in slowing insulin spikes, so it’s important to skip it in a juice. The more ya know 🙏🏼🌀💛✨🌱🍍
