home visits, direct phone/email communication, and is the first ENT Direct Specialty Care clinic in New England. "Direct Care" means we are out-of-network (OON) with most insurance carriers*. For our OON patients, we offer transparent cash pricing and do not require a referral. Without the burdens and interference of insurance hurdles, patients can be seen in the clinic quickly (often same or next day!), enjoy hour-long visits, undergo in-office procedures the same day, and experience the timely relief and peace of mind they deserve.

*Dr. Pearce has thoughtfully chosen to be in-network with Taro Health, Aetna, Maine Community Health Options, and Medicare (starting 7/24). Choosing to remain OON with other insurance carriers allows her and Gillian to provide personalized service not available elsewhere. We offer reasonable pricing for visits, lab work, and medications. Payment plans are available when needed, and we can assist you with reimbursement submission towards your OON benefits. We believe a patient’s story and time matter most and everyone deserve compassionate care that should not involve middlemen or long waits.
