Loving Wings Recovery: Couples counseling & help through infidelity We help couples in conflict. Working through infidelity is our specialty. We also help people heal from sexual addiction and trauma.

Let us help you find the path to peace through recovery. - Leslie McCall & Jeff Hernandez We are sexual addiction recovery coaches. We help people recover from sexual and po*******hy addiction, intimacy anorexia® and partner betrayal trauma. We practice a proven methodology that will help those struggling with sexual addiction discover and walk the path of recovery. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals and to find lasting sobriety and ultimately rebuild your life, marriage and relationships.

For the partners of those in addiction, we realize there is healing that needs to take place and trust that needs to be rebuilt. Infidelity, betrayal and the loss of what you thought your marriage would be, can all be devastating, overwhelming and traumatic for the spouse or partner.

We will walk you through a step-by-step program of recovery while offering a loving and compassionate, yet firm approach with our coaching. You will learn the skills necessary to build authentic intimacy in your relationships and rebuilt the trust that addiction has destroyed.

You can end the vicious cycle of hopelessness, isolation and despair of po*******hy addiction, infidelity, sexless marriage and partner betrayal® trauma. We specialize in helping people in the following areas:

* Sexual Addiction
* Po*******hy Addiction
* Compulsive Ma********on
* Chronic Affairs & Infidelity
* Partner Betrayal® Trauma
* Intimacy Challenges (called Intimacy Anorexia®)
* Sexless Marriage

As your accountability partners we will be with you every step of the way on the journey to recovery and peace.

Some couples aren't fighting anymore.

They're simply existing.

They manage schedules. Pay bills. Take care of responsibilities. Raise their children. Get through the week.

From the outside, everything may look fine.

But inside the relationship, there may be loneliness, distance, resentment, or a longing for the connection they used to have.

A relationship doesn't have to be completely falling apart to deserve attention.

You don't have to wait for a crisis before you start rebuilding connection.

Sometimes the most important question is simply:

“Are we willing to become close again?”

One partner wants to talk because they want connection.

The other wants to leave the conversation because they feel overwhelmed.

The more one pursues, the more the other withdraws.

The more one withdraws, the more the other pursues.

Eventually, both people are reacting to each other's reactions.

Breaking this cycle requires both partners to recognize the pattern instead of blaming each other for it.

Sometimes progress begins with:

“We're doing that thing again. Let's slow down and figure out what we're actually needing from each other.”

Sometimes couples try to protect their relationship by minimizing what happened.

But pain that isn't acknowledged doesn't simply disappear.

Healing requires being willing to name what happened, understand its impact, take responsibility where responsibility belongs, and create something different moving forward.

You don't have to live forever in the worst chapter of your relationship.

But you may need to stop pretending that chapter didn't hurt.

Rebuilding trust often means becoming willing to live with greater transparency, not because your partner should control every aspect of your life, but because honesty creates the emotional safety that secrecy destroys.

Trust needs truth to grow.

Before assuming the worst...

Pause.

Ask yourself:

"What if they're having a hard day?"

"What if they misunderstood me?"

"What if we're both hurting right now?"

Extending grace doesn't ignore problems.

It creates the emotional safety needed to solve them.

Connection isn’t something you find once. It’s something you keep rediscovering.

A goodbye kiss before work.
Putting your phone down during dinner.
Saying "thank you."
Checking in after a stressful day.

The little things may seem insignificant...

Until they're missing.

Never underestimate the power of consistent kindness.
