✨ Hello and welcome to B. Well Collaborative Care! ✨

My name is Benine, and I’m the founder of B. Well Collaborative Care, a collaborative wellness practice providing trauma-informed therapy for mothers and couples, along with mental health consulting, workshops, and trainings for organizations and schools.

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), EMDR-trained therapist, and mental wellness educator with a passion for helping mothers and couples navigate life’s most meaningful transitions.

When I first launched B. Well, my work focused on supporting individuals and couples. Since becoming a mother myself, my passion has grown into supporting women through the deeply vulnerable transition into motherhood. That experience strengthened my commitment to maternal mental health and the importance of ensuring mothers feel seen, supported, and cared for.

Today, my practice focuses on:
• Individual therapy for mothers
• Couples therapy
• EMDR therapy
• Mental health workshops, trainings, and consulting

I’m excited to share that my calendar is officially open for August! I’m currently booking workshops and trainings and have availability for a limited number of new virtual therapy clients (serving Massachusetts and Maine).

Here, you’ll find practical mental health education, encouragement, and conversations around motherhood, relationships, emotional wellness, and healing.

Whether you’re looking for support, resources, or simply a space that reminds you you’re not alone, welcome. I’m so happy you’re here.

✨ Here’s to healing, growth, and becoming well, together.

Not enough discussion goes into what life may feel or look like after having a child, whether it’s your first or more. Moms deserve more support and they deserve to know what that looks like.

Thank you bloom for inviting me to facilitate a workshop on Maternal Mental Health. I shared about Matrescence, signs and symptoms of postpartum mental health conditions and what practical support in postpartum can look like.

* My calendar is now open for mental health workshops/trainings. If you or the organization you work for may be interested please reach out via email for more information.

Wishing you a peaceful, joyful and smooth July. ā˜€ļø

Addressing an issue isn’t attacking someone.
Healthy communication creates space for honesty, clarity, and repair.

Avoiding hard conversations might feel easier in the moment, but open dialogue is often what protects and strengthens relationships. The goal isn’t to win, it’s to understand, be understood, and move forward with care.

Sometimes survival mode looks a lot like success from the outside.

The dishes get done. The kids are cared for. The responsibilities are handled.

But carrying it all without support isn’t a badge of honor, it’s exhausting.

To the mom holding everything together: your needs matter too and it’s OK to seek out the support you need.

A new month brings a new opportunity to check in with yourself.

Whether you’re focusing on rest, growth, boundaries, or simply getting through one day at a time, June is a chance to move forward with intention.

Which reminder resonated with you most?

Had the opportunity to facilitate a conversation on burnout prevention this past Saturday, and one thing remains true: people function best when wellbeing is treated as a priority, not an afterthought.

The healthiest workplaces are built on cultures that recognize stress, support people, and create sustainable ways of showing up.

I’m grateful for opportunities to lead conversations that help teams better understand mental health, burnout, emotional wellbeing, and practical strategies for care.

My workshop and training calendar is opening beginning in June for organizations looking to invest in the wellbeing of their teams. Visit www.bwellcollaborativecare.com for more information.
