Feeling understood matters.

Mental health care is most effective when people feel safe bringing their whole selves into the room. Representation can help foster trust, connection, and a greater sense of belonging throughout the healing process.

Everyone deserves support that recognizes and respects their unique experiences.

Your cultural identity shapes your mental health journey. What others see is only part of your story.

Our culture influences how we understand emotions, cope with challenges, build relationships, and seek support. The experiences, traditions, values, and communities that shape us can also be important sources of strength and resilience.

Mental health is not one-size-fits-all, and understanding our identities can help us better understand ourselves.

How has your cultural background influenced the way you think about mental health?

June is PTSD Awareness Month.

PTSD is a mental health condition that can develop after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event. It is a natural brain and body response to trauma, not a sign of weakness.

For those living with PTSD, the effects can be challenging, but healing and recovery are possible with the right support.

This month, we raise awareness, reduce stigma, and remind those affected by trauma that they are not alone. No one should have to navigate PTSD alone.

Seeking support is a sign of courage, and help is available. 🩵

June is Men’s Mental Health Month.

Too often, men are taught to carry their struggles in silence. But asking for help, sharing what you're feeling, and reaching out for support are signs of strength, not weakness.

This month, and every month, we encourage men to prioritize their mental health and know they don't have to face challenges alone.

💙 Your voice matters. Your mental health matters.

Operational excellence and psychological safety go hand in hand. Taylor’s perspective highlights that our most important "output" as a leadership team is an environment where people feel safe, seen, and supported. 🕊️

We often think boundaries are meant to keep people out, but they are actually designed to keep us in the relationship without resentment. By providing clear "defined limits," we create a safe container where kindness can actually flourish. A boundary is not a wall; it is the blueprint for a sustainable, respectful connection. 💚

Which boundary have you set recently that actually brought you closer to someone?
