The chart most injectors wish they'd seen before their first Sculptra vial.
Biostimulators aren't interchangeable. Each behaves differently in the tissue, and matching the product to the concern is what separates a strong result from a flat one (or a complication).
Quick reference from the clip:
Hyperdilute Radiesse → thin, crepey skin. Neck, décolletage, upper arms, knees. Best for tightening and rebuilding scaffold in areas that lose laxity but not volume.
EasyGel PRF → delicate, high-movement zones. Under-eye and tear troughs, fine lines around the lips, acne scars. Autologous, low-risk, ideal where filler behavior would be too heavy.
Sculptra → deep volume loss. Cheeks, temples, jawline, chin, full-face aging. Also non-surgical BBL for glutes. Collagen stimulation over months, not immediate correction.
The pattern: PRF for delicate and precision work, hyperdilute Radiesse for laxity, Sculptra for structural volume. Combining them by zone is where the results get really interesting.
For med spa owners: this is exactly the kind of decision your medical director should be helping your injectors think through, not just signing off on after the fact.
