Hey! Back by popular request .andria and I are leading a couple half day micro retreats summer 2026!

These retreats take place on a magical 5 acres of land looking over 5 of the Cascade mountains (Mt. Hood, Rainier, Helens, Adams & Jefferson) alongside Sauvie Island, the Columbia River and Forest Park.

You will have 2 dates to choose from, or attend both!

Each one will be a bit different:

🌗🌖🌕August 15th: We will be basking in the frequency of the recent solar eclipse energies. Yoga practice, sound healing, nourishing snacks, ceremonial grade cacao & meditation around a bonfire in community.

🌻🌾🌼September 19th: We will be honoring the Fall Equinox. Yoga practice and a special guest! Michelle Lovrich from Drum Circle connect will lead us through a powerful community drum circle. Nourishing snacks, treats and cozy warm fall drinks around the bonfire.

Retreat registration goes live the first week of July! Stay tuned, space is limited.

Celebrating 25 years of practice & 15 years of teaching Yoga this month.

This practice is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. Thank you to all who come to classes, retreats & workshops. I have learned so much from all of YOU 💫

I hope this practice has blessed your life with abundant truth and self knowledge. May we continue to grow soulfully and em-body.
