All her offerings are designed to help people gain greater self-empathy, connection and function. I have been teaching and creating vibrant and innovative learning experiences since 2008. I invite you to join me on retreat this fall to dive deeply into awareness. We will gather at the Doe Bay Resort on the Salish Sea in Olga, Washington, for a long weekend from November 5–9th.

Expect a full schedule of nourishing activities, including:

- Daily Ayurvedic-infused practices and rituals
- Morning and evening yoga (both dynamic and restorative)
- Guided journaling
- Evening Yin and Yoga Nidra
- Somatic and breath tools for integration and balance
- Meditation and chanting

The further north I go, the more at home I feel. I have been visiting Orcas Island for the past 25 years, and it is always a joy to share this special place with friends.

Travel from Portland takes a full day, whether you choose to drive or fly, but it is worth the trek. If you cannot attend the entire retreat, I am also offering a-la-carte classes, tarot readings, and private sessions while on island. Let me know if you plan to drop in, and I can provide special pricing.

We have two classes left on the schedule as Elk Rock Yoga transitions to new ownership. Both classes are hybrid and taught by me (Fawn, Owner):

Friday 9:00–10:00 A.M.
Saturday 10:00–11:15 A.M.

My community has been a tremendous part of my healing. Your support, kindness, and dedication have helped sustain me in meaningful ways. Serving this community has been the honor of my professional career. I am incredibly proud of what we have built together and deeply grateful to the members, partners, and team who made it possible.

Thank you for everything—you have helped make this community what it is, and I look forward to seeing it continue to thrive.

Two years with landshark Electra🎉 We had applied with several rescue orgs, attended adoption days and were on a “worth the wait” rescue puppy list. Her mama was rescued in El Paso and brought to Portland in early 2024. We were hoping for an adult but when we heard her story we accepted the puppy challenge. Electra aka Lexi is a good guardian, is patient when we groom her, loves to play with the cats and defends the backyard perimeter. She helped me through cancer treatment and is affectionate with the whole family. Happy gotcha day🐾
