Peptides are trending in my clinic. Patients are asking about CJC1295, Ipamorelin, BPC157, and more every single day — and I get it. The promise of faster healing, better recovery, and a performance edge is compelling.
Here’s the problem: there are no high-quality human clinical trials showing these compounds improve tendon, ligament, or cartilage healing. Most of the data circulating online comes from animal studies. Interesting — but not the same as human evidence.
I’m not anti-innovation. I’m pro-evidence. And until the trials exist, I’ll keep recommending treatments that have real human outcome data. Questions?
